Overall, I had a great experience! I didn’t rent a car, so the location was very convenient for getting around the Raleigh area by Uber.The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I asked if he happened to have a softer pillow available, and if not, no worries at all, I just wanted to ask. To my surprise, he had three softer pillows delivered that same day! I was not expecting that at all, and I truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture.The unit was very peaceful, comfortable, and homey, which I loved. It was just the right amount of space for me, and I genuinely felt at peace during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!There were also several thoughtful touches that stood out. Coffee was available, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was even a waffle maker with waffle mix! I also appreciated that there was a real selection of seasonings available, which is surprisingly rare in rentals.One thing to keep in mind: if you like to sleep in or prefer a darker room in the morning, I recommend bringing an eye mask. Even with the window shades down, the room gets pretty bright once the sun comes up.Overall, this was a comfortable, peaceful stay with a very thoughtful and accommodating host. I’d happily stay here again!

Great location just minutes from downtown. Host Troy made sure to send me all the check-in info well ahead of time without me asking or having to worry. Quiet neighborhood. A very pleasant stay.

The place was perfect for what I needed. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the space and that they included some extra laundry supplies so I could wash clothes while I was there. It was easy to get to downtown, I used local transportation like e-bikes or Ubers. Really great experience!
