This is the second time traveling & staying here. The customer service from the desk to the bar area is beyond exceptional. Everyone is incredibly accommodating & genuinely wants to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms we have had are very clean. The food from the restaurant was is very good as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton the rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was usually okay but a few nights we had to park farther away than we would have liked since the lot was full. The pool was warm and clean and they had plenty of towels stocked around the pool room.

Lobby is very cute and stylish. All front desk people were nice and quick. Liked morning breakfast and evening bar service. Newer gym. Indoor pool areas very warm, pool water cool but not cold. Parking lot well lit. Rooms and general areas still looked newish. Cleaning team were constantly at work. Would definitely return.

The room and the hotel lobby were very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. Self parking was convenient and free and plenty of spaces. The only problem we came across was there was a water testing taking place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we had no water during that time as it was shut off. I called the front desk and complained about this and they apologized and offered us a complimentary dinner with appetizer from their restaurant on the first floor which was fantastic and we were satisfied with this. This is a nice hotel and fairly new construction so it's very clean.

We are so thankful to the staff of the Hilton Gardens at Crabtree. The staff were so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. I am so terrible with name, and I wish I had written them down to give them acknowledgement, but everyone was so nice. I was there for a surgery at UNC Rex, and the staff provided us with a wheelchair to help me get around to my room when I had to return. They all just went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this hotel as a great and convenient place to stay in the Raleigh area.
