"This is a mixed review because our stay was a bit interesting. Overall, the rental is clean & as it appears in the pictures. The bed was comfy and the kitchen is spacious. Check in was easy & I enjoyed the keyless entry. Improvements could be made around the overall comfort of the home, while its very pretty it is not a place you can spend a lot of time. Not that you should be doing that you're in LA afterall. It appears that the owner cut what was previously a single-family home into a duplex,...

"We stayed here while moving our son into USC. The property was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and the communication with the host was above and beyond. We had a few minor issues and they took care of them right away. "
