The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "Hotel. Com please remove this hotel from the list because it’s disgusting and very dirty. Seem like the bed covers and converters never been washed for more then 6 months, drews mark and blood mark on it. I have to walked out from the hotel lost my payment and slept in others place."

"Bad Points: ts a very old and rundown 3 level hotel. Its really cheap like $23 - $35 per night. Be prepared to hear loud music after 12mn till 3am. No sound proof room. Can hear very loud n clear for passerby outside your room. Good points : Walkable to Batam city Square and Grand Batam mall. There are famous Lapis No 1, many foodcourt below or opposite the hotel. There is a wet market just beside the hotel. There is a A2 foodcourt with varieties food selection. Excellent : HOTEL...
