"We slept here for a few hours after we landed in the middle of the night from the US. Really nice to be able to walk a few steps from Immigration to this place and crash. Breakfast is very minimal, but there are lots of options in the Jewel. The “cabin” is tiny, but adequate for 2 people and a couple of suitcases."

"Great location for a quick overnight transit. They have a shuttle but it only stops at T1/T3. However, Grab car is a convenient option with prices ranging in the S$20-30 range. Lots of eating places close by (definitely walkable). Close to Changi Beach foe those who enjoy some fresh air and good views of planes arriving into Changi. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout. They do have a bfast buffet as well as a full restaurant onsite as well. "

"Probably the most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed in . The beds are very short, I’m 5 ft 10in and my feet hung over the bottom, they are also extremely hard with a mattress just resting on a solid board with no springs! It’s also incredibly noisy with very little sound proofing, not from external noise but internally. It’s a shame because the staff were extremely nice. I stayed at an 81 hotel on the way out which was considerably better."
