Location was grest. Size was perfect for our family. Kitchen was great for preparing food so we didn’t have to eat out. Wish the Jacuzzi jets have been working.

Very clean and quiet. Loved the decorating, and it was near anything we might need. The rooms were great, and there was a vanity sink in each bedroom, which made getting ready a breeze! Kitchen had everything we needed.

Some of the best experience I’ve had. The hotel is located in the center of South Lake Tahoe. It is close to almost everything including the gondola, state line, the lake side beach, and casinos. The people there are super friendly too. The space is huge and comfortable.

The place is very nice and clean. Check-in process is very efficient. There was a service fee from VRBO, but hotel management resolved it in the timely manner. I would stay at this place again when I visit South lake Tahoe

Great stay

Location was prime near stateline and the property was very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was enough space to make meals and for the kids to have space to place. You can walk to Heavenly resort within 5 mins which is a huge plus!

Great location, easy access to the lake and to stores. 24 hour front desk with coffee and tea available and easy check in. They did upgrade us from a 2 bed 1 bath to a 2 bed 2 bath. We were able to cook and eat in with their kitchen although the equipment available was just the essentials (eg had pots and pans utensils and oil, but bring your own pizza pan, oven mitt, tupperwares). Everything worked although some minor updates needed. Pet friendly although there is a size limit and pet fee of 25.

Very nice condo, clean, very comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient location in South Lake Tahoe for restaurants and shops.

OK for the price

Place is a bit outdated. Place was clean but feels like it hasn't been detail-cleaned in a while. Door wouldn't open-had to call front desk to figure out that the door only opens when you pull down. Bath fixture and bedroom door were installed backwards. For the price, it's what you expect so it worked. Best part was the location!

Check in was seamless and super friendly. Lobby was clean and had a cool fun vibe. If your condo has a fireplace, they sell wood at front desk—super convenient. Condo looked like it has been renovated recently with new flooring—and heated flooring!—new appliances, kitchen, and bath. Beautiful rock fireplace for cozy days/nights. Custom set temperatures in each room! Such a plus when traveling with others. 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom—AND each bedroom also has a sink/backlit mirror, so no need for communal toothbrushing or getting ready!Parking was easy. Beach a quick block away. Nice neighborhoodLook forward to returning. We stayed in December and they did a great job decorating

Good location, room shows it's age

We stayed 3 nights. I wouldn't call this a condo per-se as it operates more like a hotel in terms of logistics. You just check in at the front desk (I couldn't find this in the listing anywhere, had to ask the host). At least my room had very old appliances, could be different for others. Some smaller things to note: Paper thin walls, it wasn't too bad where we stayed but this could be very very bad depending on your neighbours. Additionally none of the inside doors latched, they had door handles but the place had settled so much that the latch never engaged, every single door. We had used the oven, but there was some slight remains from previous people (or maybe from some grease drips from the pizza we were making) that set off the fire alarm with some smoke when we turned it on, this contacted the front office and the fire department which both came to check on us.. So if you're trying to avoid awkward interactions with that be very careful when cooking. Overall, the location was good and the people around us weren't too loud, and for the price I paid I think it was worth it, but it wasn't overly impressive by any means.

Clean, spacious

Very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Dog friendly. Staff friendly and helpful with our needs. Comfy beds. A little run down but clean and price was right.
