Great location, clean rooms. Front office staff not very helpful. Parking was a nightmare at the location. Onsite parking is limited and they have offiste parking, but finding that too was a HUGE challenge. Just keep this in mind.

I booked the Becket 4 months in advance, upon arrival they told me i was in the newly acquired Tahoe Blue wing. It was horrible, blood in the elevator, dirty walls, dingy and overall bad. We asked to be moved to the front Becket area and were told we can just get a refund if we are unhappy. They said I booked the Tahoe Blue and I said I booked the Becket, it was a horrible experience and I will never go back. To many hotels to pick from in the area to get service like that. The man at the front desk was told 4 days in advance that they were booking that part of the hotel and expressed his thoughts as well.

We stayed 2 nights .First night the light didn't work over the bed and not enough power points.So we moved to another room for 2nd night it had a dripping shower head which we reported to reception They said they would get somebody to fix it.Ehen we returned it had not been fixed.Concerned the dripping noise would keep us awake we put towels under the drip but still noisy.

The front desk staff seemed confused when we checked in. Which it turns out they were because after 2 nights our room keys stopped working even though we were staying for 3 nights. The iron didn't work, the tv connection went in and out, you could hear everything going on outside and people were up late being loud, they let people park there who aren't staying there and park illegally blocking the entrance and exit to the parking lot, the beds were extremely hard, and i have no idea why i paid a $25/day resort fee. There were no amenities to justify a resort fee.

Did not like the resort fee. I was told it was for the parking and continental breakfast. Could not find parking in the facility and the breakfast was not too good. At least have some eggs.
