It’s like they put lipstick on a pig with this hotel. It is clearly an old, low rent apartment complex that they made appear nicer than it is by investing in the shared community spaces. The overhead fan in my room was broken, the toilet kept getting clogged from simple urination and toilet paper usage. There was no staff on site from 10pm-8am, even when we needed help to unclog the toilet. You could hear every step of the people staying above us and it woke us up early (like 5am). There was not enough towels in the room. No lotion. The shampoo & body wash was not filled up in the shower. The bathroom was run down and felt dirty. When we had to leave for Sand Harbor early at 7am to get a spot, we couldn’t get any beach towels because no staff was on site. When I asked to stay an additional 30 minutes past check out time they were going to charge me $50 which is outrageous, and it’s not because they were at capacity. All in all, a disappointing stay. I would not recommend.

The bathroom ceiling had a crack and was leaking which we noticed on our 2nd night there. I reported it and I feel like we should have bern given a discount for our 2nd night, not just a dorry and we could have changed your room. The dripping was so loud it woke us up. We heard it at 4 in the morning we were checking out that morning, do giving us a new room for a few hrs would not have made a difference. Overall it was clean and nice

This property was not quiet at all. We could hear people walking around and talking all night. We could hear the concert going on across the street. It was hard to sleep. The rooms felt poorly maintained. It was a cute place with a great locations. Their intentions are nice but the place itself needs to be maintained better.

We were given a room that had a known malfunctioning air conditioner.The room we were changed to the Deluxe rooms.Were nice.However the outside areas on those particular rooms is very dirty. The carpet is dirty outside the rooms and there is lots of clutter and dirt underneath the stairwells

Was a pretty good stay. Slightly misguiding online. The open yard space belongs to the brewery underneath. On our first day it was rented out for a private party and we weren’t allowed to use it. Disappointing. Other thing was AC didn’t work well and I asked for a fan for the room, they delivered one but it didn’t even turn on.
