Welcome to Sand and Snow, a newly remodeled two bedroom + loft townhome, for adventurous families and groups that enjoy skiing, hiking, beach access and water activities. Located in the heart of Tahoe, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, and shopping. 3-5 mins drive to Heavenly ski resort or Stateline Casinos! Boat, kayak, SUP and ski rentals within walking distance. Enjoy the resort's private beach, pier, shared pools, hot tubs, gym, and sauna.
