4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding.

Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive.

Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used. Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom South Lake Tahoe retreat. This superb house features 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Relax in the tranquil surroundings or stay connected with WiFi. Enjoy your time in South Lake Tahoe at our enchanting house.

For more than six guests, the rate is $10 per person per night. The maximum occupancy for this house is 9 guests. Infants are not charged.

BBQ is not allowed in this community.

A mental issue woman lives in community yells loud from time to time, no harm. Please check our reviews to see how previous guest experiences have been.

The cleaning crew will assist the garbage cans to outside of garage around 7:30am on Monday morning . Please leave some space so cleaning crew can move the trash bins out from the garage. Please assist the empty garbage cans back to garage.

Only two car allowed and the garage doors are quite narrow(6 feet wide) please don't coming with a truck, or you need to find street parking out the community.

Very good placed to stay near Heavenly

We spent 3 nights on a ski trip to Heavenly. The apartment is well-equipped and in very good shape. You can walk to the heavenly gondola in 15 minutes. Overall, an excellent placed to stay for skiing in Heavenly.

Great house for large group near Heavenly

We were a family of 6 vacationing with 4 of our adult children and had a wonderful time at the home. The layout was great with the kitchen and family room, and the sleeping arrangements were excellent for our group. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped and we were able to enjoy our meals together. Lots of storage for ski equipment and having a washer/dryer was essential to dry out our ski clothes for the next day. The owner was very responsive with our requests and would stay again in the future.
