About this property

02-The Bear Paw Pet friendly King studio #2

Located at the historic Washoe Motel. Feels like a studio apartment with a cabin vibe . Knotty pine walls small kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. Close to Camp Richardson. , pope beach and Kiva pet friendly beach. Bike trail. 10 minutes to Heavenly. Easy walk to Sonny's BBQ, Margaritas Restaurant
This studio does have King Size Bed!! The studio does not have AC as the temperatures in Tahoe are very mild during the summer but the studio does have a ceiling fan that cools the room off .
The space
Check in is anytime after 4 pm and check out is 11 am we can not do any early check ins or late check out during busy seasons .I hope you enjoy your time exploring Tahoe! Please be aware there is no office on site and questions and issues may not be addressed after 9pm as we do not operate as a 24hr hotel.

Self check in via lock box check in is any time after 4 pm check out is by 11 am .During busy season we can not do any early check ins or late check outs.
Other things to note
Like most of Tahoe we do not have AC in the studios
Parking directly in front of your studio for easy luggage loading and unloading
