"Massive Room and comfortable. The hotel lobby and luring door just needs to be kept tidy. The door mats especially. The lift is rather slow too. I also had a problem with the hotel charging me again for my stay which was already prepaid . As a matter of fact I am still waiting for the pending charges to drop of my credit card bill. A little sloppy with administration in my opinion."

"For a king size bedroom and the amount of money we paid was very disappointing. We stayed at a Hilton in Shelby, NC with 2 queen size beds, full kitchen, couch, 60” tv and free full breakfast each morning for 2 nights and $135 cheaper. Our king size bed was very uncomfortable and looked more like a queen the king size bed. There were not enough outlets to plug in a phone charger. Definitely next time will look to stay in Cape May and travel to AC for a concert."

"I picked this hotel based on it was close to the airport since we had a cancelled flight and I wanted one that had laundry facilities, a restaurant, and shuttle service. Once we checked in I asked where the laundry facility was on the property and was told that the unit was broken. There is no actual restaurant just a small bar area. We wanted to by some small items at the hotel counter since we were without our luggage because of the flight cancellations but they didn't even have any toothpaste to purchase. Although the room was fine, again the reason I picked this hotel was because of what they had listed on their advertisement of amenities."

"Confusing with elevator with lobby versus parking garage . Loved that you could move from Claridge to Bally , Wild Wold West and Caesars. Especially since it was rainy weekend . Check in was early and staff very helpful. Rooms satisfactory . Very convenient if you are attending an event at the boardwalk hall."
