"I stayed here 5 nights. I saw cockroach in my room everyday, and asked to change my room, but front desk reaction was really slow. Besides that, food is great and hotel is very clean and comfortable. "

"Good value. Really nice breakfast restaurant staff with varied, healthy, tasty food and good restaurant ambiance. Better than average gym for a hotel of this level. Hotel is down a long, narrow alley and can be hard to find as well as unpleasant to walk to. Things that can be improved: 1) Kettle in room should be metal, not cancer-causing plastic; 2) bathrooms need hand soap and smaller towels; 3) rooms need pots and pans for cooking with the in-room range; 4) better signage to help people...
