"The staff was friendly. The breakkfast was good. The room was okay, but would have been more comfortable and better if there were upgrades with everything. The entertainment center wood was chipped at the bottom. The headboard needed cleaned. The pillows were flat not fluffy. Gum was on the floor. There was no alarm clock, no couch chair, and no extra light. I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom. The breakfast area looked more cleaned and upgraded. If these things can be addressed, it would be a 5 star on everything."

"Super unique design. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would suggest a few more updated outlets and a nightstand on both sides of the bed.Bed wasn’t too comfortable but ok for a single night stay. I know people travel with comfort pets but it was a little odd to have a big smelly dog in the elevator with us. Parking was a pain when we got back from dinner off property. Staff was all really chill and welcoming. "

"This was a nice place to stay. With its close proximity to the airport and shuttle service and was a 10 minute ride to the stadium, it was a good location. There were a few issues, no information on how to connect to the WiFi and could not connect for several hours on first night of stay, the TV had no signal and could not be used, the ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor, and there were no directional signs for room numbers once you got off the elevator. "

"Overall a lovely hotel and the staff, room, and process of checking in a sure 10/10. I just didn’t enjoy the construction next door which added to noise and congestion. Trying to sleep in was difficult. "

"The manager was very accommodating and attentive to our needs asking if we needed anything at breakfast and again at front desk, asking if food was ok or if we needed anything. We needed cart and one was not available and she found one for us "

"Bottleworks is a really cool and interesting property. We had one of the suites that has a terrace. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine. It's a great location, located close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and fun activities. We'll be back when we are in town again."
