"Check in was smooth and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The only downfall is the pool is out of service which was not known prior to arrival and a disappointment for my kids. "

"Very clean. Every staff member I came across was friendly. Rooms were clean. Having a balcony to over look the city was awesome. Just wish the bed was a bit more firm. I like a stiff mattress."
