Walking up the stairs, guests will immediately be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features an ethanol fireplace and a TV with a high quality cable package. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and everything that you might need for cooking and entertaining. The bathroom features a modern floating vanity and a combination tub/shower with a rain-fall shower head. There is a small laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer for guests to use. The 2 bedrooms feature comfortable queen size beds and full size closets. The apartment has in-floor heating throughout and features AC units in the living room and in each bedroom for optimal comfort.

Stepping outside to the waterfront, guests will enjoy a private backyard with a barbecue, fire pit and dock access. Boat docking is available upon request.
