"Very basic"

"The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. We waitded hours to get a room while others got rooms before us. Then we got into the rooms and they were filthy and smelled like mold /moldew. Part of the walls were falling apart. The pull out sofa for my kids was broken and beat down. It had no linen when I called for linen the housekeeper brought be one sheet. I waited patiently for 40 mins before I went down to the desk to ask for a blanket and pillows then was told they are only allowed to give out 1 pillow mind you I have two kids. We were also put into another part of the hotel as the rest of our family. But instead of going from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor where they were staying we had to go down to main floor walk through the lobby back into an elevator up to the 4th floor where the rest of our family was staying. In all, I feel like we were ripped off. For the price we paid one of these issues would have been enough. But this was over the top worst hotel experience I think I have ever had. I must say the pool was very nice and clean. "

"If you arrived early there was a a 35 dollar fee to get into the room The desk didn't answer the phone for the free shuttle from the airport The cruise shuttle was well organized and on time "

"Was able to do an early check for a small fee which was very nice. Staff is ok. Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of counter space for breakfast and gets crowded. Pool was nice. Ended up cleaning the pool a few times due to leaves but overall it was fun to chill and relax by the pool. Elevator is a bit slow for a building of 2 stories only. Room were nice and roomy! "
