"Clean and beautiful house with a very nice pool and a wonderful view to the bay. Owner is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The only thing one should be aware of is that the main Montauk road runs right in front of the house, so you will hear noise from cars. However the landscaping blocks any view of the cars and this really wasnt an issue for us. Overall a really great stay, and I cant say enough good things about the owners bending over backwards for us...

"We loved the ocean colony resort as it was centrally located but also felt very calm and peaceful - close to nature. We loved the apartment, and the amenities - though it was too cold for the pool. The proximity to the beach was unmatched and the services they provide (chairs, umbrellas, towels) are so nice. The section of beach is private, serene, and just gorgeous. "The room was a lot more spacious than I anticipated and everything was very clean. There was some music playing upstairs but it was quiet by nighttime. Check in and check out was very straightforward. Turning into the driveway was a bit difficult when the highway was crowded but was otherwise easy to find "

"We were 5 adult women and had a wonderful time. The 2 fire pits by the pool were wonderful and the owners were very attentive to our requests and needs, friendly too. Good location next to Shinnecock Bay Beach, walking distance. Would stay here again!"

"I didn’t receive the 1BR, 2 bathroom unit with TVs in the bedroom and loft that I booked online. The unit I was given only had 1 bathroom and no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The property was great. But I feel like I got bait and switched with the unit I booked online."
