Conveniently located in walking distance to downtown Greenport, with ample street parking, and the unit was modern, clean and spacious. The home itself is beautiful and with a lovely, well-cared-for garden. Definitely recommend!"

"You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants...

"This is absolutely our favorite home in Greenport - spotlessly clean, lovely renovation, and such an easy walk right into town, just a block or two from everything! Terrific host makes everything easy. Will continue to stay here - a gem!"

"This was the perfect, in town place to stay for the two of us. Located on a quiet street of well-maintained homes, and with parking right outside, it was a short 1-1/2 block walk to all the shops, restaurants, ferry, docks, etc. The apt is small, but clean and tidy, sun-filled and air-conditioned. We loved staying here and will again in the future."

"First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement...

"We were unable to go on our trip due to illness and having to be tested for Covid. Host as well as VRBO were very unsympathetic, failed to work with us for a re-book and we lost our entire rental fee!!! They are only in it for the MONEY!! DO NOT RENT THIS as our expectations were much higher and we were very disappointed in the way our situation was handled by the Host and VRBO!!!"
