This newly renovated 2 family home is in walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, Shelter Island Ferry, Log Island railroad and Hampton Jitney.
Guests are 4 blocks from the local beach which provides parking at no cost. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in the backyard. Washing Machine and Dryer are located in basement. Enjoy your time in Greenport at our apartment.

Adorable upstairs apartment with modern updates, very clean, and a nice size for a family of 5. Owners family were wonderful to talk with and very helpful. Everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Perfect get-away

We had a wonderful extended weekend here! So close to town, where there’s lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and cozy. Love the small outdoor space!

Girls weekend

The property was perfect for our weekend away! Overall the accommodations were clean, comfortable and well stocked. The only two notes are: The screen door is difficult to lock because of the keypad lock on the door.Also we didn’t realize the apartment was on the second floor which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for future guests. I think it should be mentioned for future guests.

All you would need in Greenport

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment - it is cozily decorated, spotlessly clean, the kitchen is extremely well stocked (Keurig machine with K cups - for all the coffee fiends like us 😁 - plus anything else we needed), the hosts thoughtfully left lists of recommendations and sightseeing and food along with all the local papers, and the location is unbeatable - a short walk to Greenport town, the marina, and the beach. We were four adults and two kids and we slept comfortably between the two bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to visiting again! THANK YOU to our hosts!
