The Guesthouse Forty Four is a wonderful location to stay in the heart of Old town Dubrovnik. The manager and the staff treated us like family during our six day stay, nothing was too much trouble. The manager even invited us to his 40th Birthday. My wife and I have travelled for many years now and have stayed at some wonderful hotels throughout the world however the staff at Guesthouse Forty Four made our stay memorable and I would have to put this guesthouse at the top of my list of places...

My husband and I stayed at Heritage Hotel Lucia for 2 nights in July 2026. Where do I start... The location was perfect - a very short walk to Pile Gate, but away from all the cruise ship crowds - looking out onto Fort Lovrijenac. The staff genuinely went above and beyond, and the airport transfer was easy and very reasonably priced (the car was literally parked right outside the terminal doors). WIFI was easy with no issues. We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Everything was great from the service, breakfast, facilities. I really couldn’t have fault it at all. I wish we got the names of all the staff but we would like to thank Nermin, Stefan and Silvo in particular.

The flat is absolutely gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. Amazing location and amenities. Highly recommended.

The accomodation is luxurious and location could not be better. One of the best places I have stayed in with modern room and the most comfortable bed

Perfect place to stay if arriving by ferry or bus. Easy walk. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Up a lane off Main Street so very quiet. Great family run business with warm welcome.

Nice old apartment in a great location

Located in Centre of Old Town with very few steps so great for those with ageing legs. Owners sent clear directions before our arrival. Excellent facilities in bathroom, laundry and kitchen plus comfortable bed. Great to experience living in a stone cottage environment. Plenty of food places in easy walking distance . Also an easy walk to old port, city wall entrance and bus stop to newer parts of Dubrovnik.

This hotel was located in a great spot inside the old town, close to bars, restaurants and the beaches. The main host, Neminja could not have been more helpful or friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always willing to help with reservations and recommendations. The room was amazing, clean and really comfortable.

This hotel is simply amazing! A true 5 star stay. We were upgraded to an even better room which was a great way to start off. It's located in a great quiet area, only 15 mins from old town, plenty of places to eat and drink around, there's a shopping mall 2 mins walk away. The pools are amazing, two pools one outdoor and one indoor both are massive. Couldn't recommend this place any more!!!!

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Porto Dubrovnik. Breakfast was great. Highly Recommend sporki makaruli for dinner! Location is great, outside the old town but easily reachable by bus for only 2.50 euro and 10 mins. Bus stop is next to the hotel. Walking distance to lapad and gruz port.

We received the friendliest welcome I’ve ever had at a hotel. Very committed to service. Incredible views.
