"Great place if you are planning to stay in the hotel or if you are going for work or if you have a car to drive you around. The hotel is incredibly comfortable but there is not much to do in walking distance. Also there are only couple of good restaurants that are close by. Unless you have a car or coming for work, you will have to plan ahead of time if you need to eat. "The front desk was extremely helpful. They go out of the way to help the guest. The location is good, close to the airport. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet and bath room design is great. It is located within the compound of Phoenix Marketcity. It could be difficult to locate at night if this information is not given to the taxi driver. The hotel is not visible from the main road. "Basic but good value. Unfortunately a long way from the centre – 45 mins if the traffic is light but up to 90 mins in heavy traffic, so not ideal for tourism. Also make sure you have address and phone no with you as taxis find it difficult to locate. One of the assistant managers – Chow – was excellent and improved our stay immensely. He spoke good English, and booked taxis for us with OLA saving us a lot of money. He also came out to the beach with us and took us to a local restaurant in the...
