I am saying this as everyone across the hotel served with a smile and made sure of guests convenience. I will recommend this place for family and everyone else alike. Special thanks to reception staff for excellent check in and ensuring quiet room as requested. Perfect sleep and great breakfast and also enjoyed spa and pool. Just wish they didn’t blare pop music in garden at breakfast time. Lotus pond is special area and gentle traditional Indian music would be more in keeping in morning, Bring earplugs to breakfast if you don’t want loud pop music at 8am! That aside I highly recommend this hotel over both the Leela Palace and ITC Chola. "
