"Room didn't have a coffee maker, nor fridge. Instructions of where ice machines were never explained nor posted in the rooms. Our bathroom light was out and I immediately called and reported it. It was the next afternoon before it was fixed. We went over 12 hours before it was fixed. Some staff was very kind, while others were not so kind. "

"We ordered a room at the Nuget. False advertisement. No Buffet, no poker room was available but they are still advertising at there web site. False advertisement. Very Very disappointed. "

"Keep in mind that this is an old building. Getting in the old fashioned tub to take a shower was doable, but if you have mobility issues this may not be for you. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant which is right there in the hotel. It’s got a lot of history be sure to check it out."

"The breakfast was good and fresh, the pool area looks brand new. The only thing was it was a bit hard to find a little sketchy for the area. But overall it was very nice "

"The staff is very friendly and attentive. they worked with us even when our arrival was delayed due to car issues. They stayed in communication with us and made sure everything was ready for our late arrival. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed. This is the second time I have stayed there and have been unable use it both times. I enjoy swimming in the early evening and morning, so I brought a suit just for that purpose."
