"Room was clean however you could tell that the person who stayed in the room before was a smoker"

"We ended up not staying and asking for a refund that we have not received yet. We were supposed to stay in a non smoking room, but when we enter the room the smell of cigarettes and weed was very bad. Then we asked the Front Desk agent if she had any other option and she said there were no more rooms. She was overwhelmed and it seemed she was the only person managing the place when we arrived. The elevator was broken as well. Just a very disappointing experience!"

"This property needs to be updated badly. The bathtubs looked to be dirty but were badly stained. One of our rooms, the shower had hair in it still. The refrigerator didnt keep items very cold. The pool area was dirty and the pool had things floating in it such as hair, silly sting, dead mosquitoes(inside pool). The was a piece of the pool that kept coming unhooked and the staff just said "oh its fine." They would just pull the piece to the side of pool and put a wet floor sign over it. Breakfast was not very appetizing. Always out of cups, lids, no eggs except cheese omlets that were like rubber. There was food in the stairs the whole 2 days we were there. Staff lounging outside smoking during breakfast hours while items for breakfast ran out. This lasted an hour at one point. "

"We really liked staying here. Breakfast was good, room was great and cool. Big enough for us and our kids and their medical needs. Location was great. Felt safe. Not a noisy area. Son enjoyed the indoor pool. Property and room were clean. The night time check in lady wasn’t very friendly. "

"The property is quite old, and my bathroom was falling apart in areas near the floor where water was. Mine was an accessible room. I am in a wheelchair. Many things were placed too high for me to reach. The seat in the tub was placed too far back to reach the shower head. A person would have to stand on the slick shower floor to reach it. I was on the 3rd floor, waaaay in the back. In a fire, I would not have had a chance of getting out. Maybe all accessible rooms on the 1st floor? The breakfast was outstanding. Cudos to the chef. I loved that the mattress was sealed in a protective cover. Renovation of such a huge property had to have its challenges!"

"Staff was professional and polite to the max. Room/suite was excellent. Cobweb in the corner of the wall in the bedroom, but, overall, the stay was superb! "
