We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. The indoor pool was not as warm as we'd hoped, but it was extremely cold outside during the time of our stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. We have family in the area so we will return and stay here again.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, check in was easy! They do require a deposit in case of property damage which wasn't much and wasn't a problem for us. We needed to stop rather last minute as my husband and I were both tired from traveling. We got in around 9 and went straight to bed. Got up about 8:30 and left again. Didn't try the breakfast but the waffles smelled good! I would stay here again.

Only hotel in the area. Older but very nice and comfortable. Bed was a bit hard but otherwise, good place to stay and would stay again. Clerk at desk was very friendly and offered his suggestion for dinner which was great.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room, the main building & grounds were all very clean. The breakfast was as well very good. I will definitely stay here again. This is a great spot for Lake Cumberland visits, out of the main busy traffic of somerset, but still have the convenience of necessity stores nearby. Mills springs mill park & Conely Bottoms Marina are great visits nearby!

All the staff was friendly, hdlpful and nice. The hotel itself was good. Had to use front door cause side door to parking lot wouldnt open with key card, and ice machines always empty, but the rest was perfect.
