"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "This small apartment, built on the back of a charming old Southern home in a quiet residential area, was exceptional. Clearly the host understands the value of providing every detail of good hospitality (fresh cookies to greet us, a frig filled with essentials, a bathroom with appreciated small touches, an iPad…) and high quality interior design, and cleanliness. Highly recommend to couple or solo travelers!"
