"This was our 1st trip to Hocking Hills! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved our cabin! It had everything we needed and communication with the host was excellent! We especially loved the hot tub after long days of hiking! The big screen tv with all the channel options was nice too, along with excellent wifi! The only downside for us was the location. We didnt realize how far away we were from the trails, stores, restaurants, etc. We spent alot of time driving!! So just keep this in mind...

"Direction to place was not good were actually off a good bit. The road to the cabins is so rough you need a good 4 wheel drive vehicle to get through them we do not recommend cars. In the beds were very rough to sleep on. Other than that a good clean place very remote in the hot tubs are very nice."

"The cabin is beautifully situated on a hilltop with beautiful views!! The kids loved the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but I do recommend bringing an extra pillow if you sleep with more than one pillow. Also, if using the hot tub, bring extra towels because you only get 4. Within about 10 minute drive to Hocking Hills attractions. Would stay here again!!"

"We had a great stay. Nice & quite. Just what we needed for a few days. Took in some of the sites at Hocking Hills & just spend some time relaxing. Not all the jets worked in the Hot tub, But over all I would use Woodland Ridge again. Thanks for the clean Cabin."

"Had 4 couples (2 parents, three adult children + spouses) and a 4 year old and infant. sleeping arrangement were slightly cramped (one room was double/single bunk), but EVERYTHING else about the property was spectacular. Everything we needed for a successful outing."

"We enjoy four of the surrounding lakes, Lake Hope, Fox Lake, Burr Oak lake, and Rose Lake. Rose Lake was the most serene, most beautiful, and most fishes caught even in the rain. We definitely will fish there again."

"This cabin was the perfect location for a nice weekend getaway in Nelsonville! It was secluded in nature, but close to everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and in the hot tub and enjoyed see all the wildlife!"

"The cabin was very clean and was accurate to the description online. The location was great! The neighboring cabins were close by, but we definitely still had our privacy! All of the major hiking locations were within a 5-10 minute drive. Most of the bigger restaurants, wineries, stores, etc. were about a 15-20 minute drive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Lakota and would highly recommend!"
