This private guest house has all you need. It boasts all new furnishings including 1 inviting bedroom with a queen bed, 2 twin roll aways plus one could sleep on the sofa, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, dining space has seating for 4, comfy living room, and a small outdoor space. Home sits above a detached garage with completely separate entrance. Brand new construction to be complete in June 2025. Less than a half mile to ND, Eddy street or the Linebacker. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
