"We walked so much all of our trip so wanted to take a break. It was perfect for that. Food is not delicious but its not bad also haha. Alcohol Drinks are not too good but we were just happy that we could drink finally. The staff are very kind.

"I travelled to Sousse with kids and stayed here as our first stop in Tunisia. Its a huge hotel with multiple building. Plentiful parking and it is very nice. Mist likely i booked the cheapest room so we were stuck in the building aaaallllll the way back. It was fine but positive its not as nice as the front building. Rooms and facility clean. "I'm a frequent traveler. This hotel is definetely not a 5 stars one. I am a hotels.com Platinum member and I did not get any perks. The receptionist did not explain anything and checkin is very slow, service is mediocre and restaurant is very crowded and very noisy. But the best one : booked 3 rooms. We found crockroaches in 2 of them.

"It looks great in photos but the hotel is rundown and needs some repair work. Things like lounge chair cushions being moldy and glass banisters being cracked. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The spa is over crowded and they allow kids which makes it very peaceful. "

"Was really a beautiful hotel , lobby and reception area was so beautiful . We booked all inclusive and enjoyed the variety of the buffett fir breakfast linch and supper . They also offered snacks at 11 . Beautiful
