"Our room had a smelly bathroom and despite that we reported it several times they didn’t do anything! Also there was a strong detergent smell in the lobby as if they were have a sewage problem and tried to cover up the bad odor!"

The resort is huge and pristine, offering a wide range of activities that's perfect for families with children (2 swimming pools, 2 water slides including one specifically for kids! minigolf, ping pong, ...). The staff is highly competent and the attentive support provided by the reception team throughout our stay perfectly met our expectations. Pour prendre l'ascenseur, on doit "essuyer" le disposif d'appel...bienvenue les infections. Durant les repas, certaines boissons ne sont pas autorisées pour les clients qui n'ont pas le all inclusive. Ce qui derange c'est qu il n est indiqué nul part"
