On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends."

We had an awkward experience during check in; the receptionist asked for a deposit of SR 200 for our prepaid room. There's no such information at the time of booking. We have been to many hotels in many countries, never faced this type of situation. The price appears to be a bit higher based on the surrounding locations."
