NOT a 5 star.

This is in no way a 5 star hotel. At best, it's a 2 star. The entire property is highly dated, there's rust and gunk in the bathrooms, the tiles and tubs are severely worn down, the rooms smell damp, and the food was just awful. I have not stayed at a more run down place in my life.

The hotel is great, staff was excellent, room was great, however the AC was little noisy, the bath tub was tight and difficult to stand, the water control in shower was not great, water was very hot, could burn if not properly controlled.

Just plain terrible and nasty

This was the absolute worst stay and I even checked out a day early! Balcony was basically a pigeon coop, bird droppings, just filthy. Dirty curtains, stained floors and non existent wifi. Why they would rent out a room when they are clearly renovating that side of the hotel is beyond me.
