Location & Access

Villa Bali is located in a quiet and natural area, offering privacy and a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. Guests will have full and private access to the entire villa, including the pool, terrace, garden areas, and BBQ space.

The villa is conveniently located less than 25 minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP), about 15 minutes from Supermercado La Sirena, restaurants, and beautiful beaches such as Sosúa Beach and Playa Alicia, and approximately 20 minutes from Cabarete, known for its vibrant beach life, restaurants, and water sports.

Please note: The road leading to the villa is a rural road and may be uneven in some sections. The property is accessible with any type of vehicle; however, a higher-clearance vehicle or 4x4 can provide a more comfortable and smoother drive.

This setting allows guests to enjoy a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by nature while still being close to the main attractions of the North Coast.

Island living means sharing space with nature. While we keep our home clean and comfortable, it’s normal to occasionally see a few friendly visitors like ants, mosquitoes, or flies in the Caribbean. We provide repellents and helpful tips to keep them away so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Please note that this villa is part of a new development project that is still in its early stages. Construction in the area is not constant, but since the project has not been fully developed yet, there may occasionally be some activity in the future. This has been taken into consideration and is reflected in our pricing, allowing guests to enjoy excellent value.

House Rules:
• No loud music .
• No parties or events are permitted.
• No visitors are allowed.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a $200 USD fine and/or immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Electricity policy:
• For stays of six days or less, electricity costs are included.
• For stays of seven days or more, electricity will be charged separately based on the meter usage recorded during your stay.
