Villa Majestic is located in the gated community of SOSUA OCEAN VILLAGE, one of the most popular communities and it is only 20-minute drive from the International Airport of Puerto Plata.

It's centrally located between Sosua and Cabarete to enjoy both towns at a short drive.

Perfect villa for large groups featuring 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms with direct access to the pool and 1 of the bedrooms upstairs for those who like privacy. All the bedrooms have air conditioners and ceiling fans.

The villa has a large living room with a comfortable couch, smart TV, air conditioner and a half bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with island for those who enjoy cooking.

The terrace features sun chairs and a lounge area and BBQ.
