This 8-bedroom, 10-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 7000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)
- Fast internet
- All bedrooms have AC, private en-suite bathrooms
- Smart speakers throughout the Villa, perfect for parties!
- The villa is on 2 floors: both floors are almost identical, each having 1 Master bedroom with a King Bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 room with a full-size bed.

- Backup generator for uninterrupted power supply
- Breakfast and meals can be arranged upon request (and delivered in your room)
- Check-in with English speaking staff

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Great Place, Stellar Hosting!

This has been the greatest Check-In and Hosting I have ever had at a short term rental! Excellent place, bi-daily cleaning staff, super easy access, gated w/security. We loved everything about this place. Looking forward to staying there again
