Casa Nina Oceanfront Villa-a Paradise in Sosua, DR.

  • A very spacious two- story oceanfront villa completely updated, keeping its classic Victorian look with stylish touches. Located in a small peaceful gated community with a breath taking sunset from the oceanfront infinite community pool. The villa has its own beautiful garden and a private parking spot in addition to the community garden and parking spots. Walking distance from Playa Chiquita. Almost every room has an amazing ocean view. Kitchen was updated with top of the line stainless steel appliances.
    The first floor has a L-shape terrace for outside dining, a quite reading or to enjoy the view. The master bedroom includes, a private bathroom, a 65" smart TV, and private balcony. Although this is a very quite community, a very short drive or a 20 minute walk can take you to a row of local and international restaurants, bars, a casino, and other vibrant amenities that this beautiful town offers.
