"Beautiful hotel located close to all the historic/tourist parts of Sorrento. The walk down to the ferry port was only about 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Quite a spread. And if the buffet was not enough, they will make eggs, omelets, and pancakes upon request. Bed was comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily. However, we did have an issue where the cleaning attendant(s) upon their departure from our room failed to lock our room 3 out of the 4 days. We did bring this up to the front desk clerks, and they were attentive and responsive but the issue occurred repeatedly. It was hard to get angry, though, because the staff was absolutely wonderful and so friendly. Teresa even went so far as to take it upon herself to introduce us to the manager, and after that the issue was resolved. I can't say enough pleasant things about Teresa -- she was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed and special. Would we stay again? Absolutely. And we highly recommend it."

"The hotel is beautifully situated close to everything including restaurants and shops. The terrace is magnificent as it overlooks the Bay of Naples. The restaurant where breakfast is served has stunning views. Our room was lovely."

"This hotel was amazing and the staff was too! Our room had a great view, was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to many restaurants and shops. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in Sorrento, I will definitely close this place home for my stay again!!!"

"Located away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, this place was perfect. It came as a little bit of a surprise how far the parking was, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly with their free shuttle to and from. We had a wonderful stay."

"This was a lovely spot: very safe & clean with terrific location. We traveled as group of 3 females from USA. Spacious rooms w ample towels, mini fridge, & very kind staff. Restaurant ok. AC cool but not as cold as I would prefer, so we brought a fan."
