"Reserved a larger room than one assigned. Correct room was offered, but it seemed that 3 people would have to change rooms. I just wanted a bed and some sleep, so stayed in smaller room. No problem. Staff offered a nice split of bubbly as apology. Was thoughtful and happily accepted. Noise levels and dog barking well into quiet hours (after 22:00) was unacceptable. Nothing was done about this. "The bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner which made me wonder the whole time if the bathroom had been looked over properly. The fitted sheets kept coming off the bed which was tiring to fix all night for 5 days. I asked front desk to get housekeeping to pick up my garbage and it took 3 days which was hard only because they don’t provide garbage bags. However staff was amazing and
