"The view of the lake and the location were perfect for a get together of Veteran friends and our families. The little ones enjoyed the toys and the playscape while the adults enjoyed the open space to congregate and enjoy each others presence and reminisce and tell tall tales alongside the fireplace. It truly was a wonderful time to get our families together on our 2nd Annual Friendsgiving. We all were very pleased with the separate rooms and bedspace, and especially the kitchen. It was very well stocked with the tools to craft all the meals. My Veteran friends and their families and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. It was a pleasure to stay here!"

"Everyone said this was an amazing find. We gather mostly around food, so the large dining area was crucial. But there was so much more to do- inside and out. The whether even cooperated so guests took advantage of wood walks, Letchworth and the play equipment. Looking forward to gathering another time in summer when we can take advantage of the pool and pond. "

"We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage.We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. We got up and enjoyed mornings at the cottage. Then spent time touring each day. The last day we went to the Corning Glass Museum. We did some wine tasting at nearby wineries and had dinner at local restaurants. Our evenings were mostly quiet, we could do laundry. It’s only about an hour an a half to the Buffalo airport. Great location! The owner always responded to quickly to our requests. We called twice to see about adding more days. Thankfully we were able to stay longer. We loved it!"
