"Easy parking, friendly staff. Lobby smelled bad, and room was dirty, enough that I decided to leave to stay elsewhere. Really needs a deep clean."

"The staff at the Double Tree makes you feel right at home all the while making you feel like your a VIP. They have everything you need in the hotel if you dont want to leave but are also in a primary location where there are many things to do and eat. They made my sons birthday weekend super special from the front desk check in to getting a shirley temple from the in house bar and grill. "

"The pictures make the place look updated however it is not. The shower did not work and the water didn't get hot enough to shower even if the shower worked. The hallways smelled terrible. They also do not have an breakfast as advertised or any vending machines. It's an old building trying to survive. The desk clerks were kind. They seemed frustrated but doing their best."

"My bed comforter had blood stains on it, I took a picture to send to comfort suites. The pool did not have any towels and staff said that they didn't have enough towels for rooms. There was constant noise and someone was screaming on the phone somwhere on the grounds "

The king size bed sweet rooms were astronomical will definitely be staying here many many more times as the future prevails five stars all around"

The breakfast was better than most other hotels I've stayed at with hot food options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating whenever anything was needed. Overall great experience. "
