"Hotel was perfect for what we wanted, lovely spacious & clean room, having the beach right on our doorstep was great and great area as surrounding town had so much to offer."

"Very nice and helpful staff, a good variety of different food options for breakfast and dinner. I would say the only thing that I didn’t quite agree with is the lack of privacy in the room itself, the bathroom door was a clear see-through sliding door, and I had requested twin beds but received a full or standard that did not separate."

"The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children."
