Beautiful Finca with Wi-Fi, Pool, Lawn, and Patio; Parking Available

In Son Servera, located in the east of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, the Finca Sa Plana enchants its guests with a fantastic, 5,000 m² large outdoor area. The fantastic Finca has a light-flooded living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed as well as 2 modern bathrooms with a walk-in shower and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The outside area of the Finca offers a wide lawn surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, a 36 m² pool and an adjoining lounge area with sun recliners. You will also find a covered patio with a dining area and a barbecue where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals together and wind down mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. You can reach a small selection of restaurants after 1.5 km or a 3-minute drive and a supermarket after 2.7 km or a 6-minute drive. The beautiful beach of Port Nou, with its turquoise blue, crystal clear waters, is only 500 metres away.

Nicely designed relaxing, prívate villa.

Pros: Outside area including pool and lawned garden was great. Cons: Beware the midges!! Height of summer suspect no A/C would be an issue.

Eine sehr schöne Finca in toller Lage.

Pros: Ein wunderschöner Pool und tolle Lage auch zu allen Golfplätzen. Man kann richtig abschalten auf dieser Finca, weil sie sehr ruhig liegt und man trotzdem in 800 m am Strand zu Fuß ist. Cons: Teilweise etwas wenig Geschirr und das zweite Badezimmer mit der Waschmaschine ist nicht sehr gemütlich.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Pros: Es hat uns gut gefallen.. Die Lage war gut.. Sehr schön ruhig und erholsam aber doch nicht weit weg vom Meer und den Gaststätten. In der Küche war alles da was man brauchte.. Schöner großer Pool. Cons: Sind im Dunkeln angereist. Auf der vorderen Seite des Hauses war alles stockdunkel. Da gehören paar Lampen hin. Der Eingangsbereich könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Hat nichts mit dem zu tun was man dann auf der anderen Seite sieht. Die Wasserpalme am Eingang ist völlig hinüber.. Sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten aber es sieht eben auf den ersten Eindruck nicht schön aus.. Wie gesagt , auf der anderen Seite des Hauses dann alles schön gemacht.. Würden dort trotz allem nochmal Urlaub machen…
