Staff were excellent, so nice, friendly and mannerlt - couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel was beautifully furnished and appointed, lovely decor. Spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Beautiful Italian and Mexican/Spanish restaurants/cocktail bars attached to hotel. Hotel so well appointed with variety of elegant pools outdoor and indoor and spa/gym facilities, fake turf sun decks a great touch. Many beautiful lounges to relax in with a wide variety of beautiful coffee table books, pieces of art, high end magazines and board games to choose from. Hotel is on the beach, so 50 steps and on sand and in sea 🌞 An amazing hotel, so din’t go elsewhere in Plata de Palma "
