"FANTASTIC hotel with professional and very friendly and cordial staff, just a few minutes away from Malpensa Airport. They have a greaT 24 hours shuttle service for 5 Euros in the daytime and 10 after 11 pm. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was perfectly clean and the water pressure was a dream! "Very conveniently located hotel. Check in as a breeze and staff are very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant food was OK, but expensive for what was served for dinner. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous and that was included in the price of the hotel room. "

"We have only good things to say about this property. It was conveniently located for our rental car location. They had shuttles to/from the airport. The property looked new or newly renovated, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant on premises as well as a lounge/bar area. The staff were VERY helpful and courteous - and spoke many different languages."

Now, the shower stall is on the smaller size but perfect for an average sized person so it was awesome for us! Breakfast was delicious, traditional Italian with lits of sweet options, cereals, pastries, juices, a fantastic cappuccino coffee and scrambled eggs. In sum, itthe First Hotel at Malpensa is great. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back! "
