"We were pretty put off by our room not being ready upon arrival, which was actually after check-in time. The staff was not apologetic and we got the feeling that this is pretty typical for this location. They were also very understaffed. Towels were never stocked in the pool area and we stood at the counter on two separate occasions for more than 20 minutes just to ask for towels. Again, staff wasn't apologetic at all. The hotel itself is very nice and very clean. The breakfast and dining was one of the best we have experienced and the staff in the kitchen were so nice. "
