Our room was very quiet, even though it was above the main entrance. Location was great for walking to Branigan's, a very nice Irish pub. It was somewhat of a hike to get to the breakfast area but there was a full selection of edible breakfast food. The coffee was great.

It’s in need of a good thorough cleaning but it was a fabulous stay! Great breakfast area with waterfall. Hallway carpets need cleaning and some woodwork and wallpaper need some TLC. I’d recommend this with no reservation!!!

We stayed for a week, our room was clean and quiet, the hotel was sold out, so a quiet stay was extraordinary. The location is extremely convenient, shopping and food extremely close by and very easy to access roads that take you to attractions. I would stay here again.

Because of delays with the plane, we checked in last (after 12am). The Desk Clerk was courteous, however if he mention the rooms were cleaned by request, I missed it. So when we returned from our activities the next day, our room hadn’t been cleaned or our towels replaced. The continental breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. When we first arrived at the hotel, we did find the room & bathroom clean. The beds were comfortable.

Staff was kind and helpful and the location was great. Overall the building is in need of a refresh. Carpets are worn, walls are scuffed and damaged. The lobby elevator has a mind of its own. The closet door in our room was stuck on the track. The toilet seat was loose. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work.
