"We had a pleasant experience at Prima life during our family trip. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a spacious rooms, large pools for both kids and adults, and a beautiful layout with plenty of greenery to walk around . Really eye catching. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty food, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay and I hope they will keep same level service all the time There are a few areas where improvements could make the experience even better: 1. The à la carte service could be improved in terms of quality and time organisation. 2. Adding upgraded water slides or an aqua park near the beach would be a fantastic enhancement, especially given the great sea view and available space and guest will pay extra for it without a doubt. 3. If possible removing the stones at the sea entrance would make it much safer, particularly for children. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, especially if the pricing remains reasonable. With a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding destination. " Merveilleuses vacances au bord de la mer Rouge Nous avons passé, mon épouse et moi, un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et disposent même d’une petite cour intérieure bien protégée, idéale lorsqu’il y a du vent. Le personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Un grand merci à Monsieur Pappu pour la qualité du restaurant : la cuisine est excellente et nous avons dîné avec plaisir chaque soir. Mention spéciale également à Monsieur Maher Sadek pour l’organisation d’une superbe surprise à l’occasion de nos 30 ans de mariage — un moment inoubliable. La plage est très grande, avec des espaces bien aménagés et suffisamment espacés pour se sentir à l’aise. Les amateurs de plongée seront ravis : un magnifique spot avec un jardin de corail se trouve à proximité. Félicitations aussi à Ahmed Nagy pour la gestion irréprochable de cet hôtel. "The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok."

"Nice comfortable rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful. Restaurant is very good. The location is excellent if you’re into snorkeling or diving. Best massage. It is not part of a big chain and you feel the warmth and attention the owner (who is a lovely man) brings to it. He realized a beautiful dream. Thank you for sharing your dream with us Stephan! "
