"We rented both properties for our family reunion and had a great experience overall. Each home had 14 bedrooms, making them incredibly spacious and perfect for our large group. The location was convenient, everything was clean, and the pools, hot tubs, game rooms, and even the interior bowling alley kept both kids and adults entertained—there was never a dull moment. Communication with the host and staff was smooth and responsive, which made the planning process much easier.That said, there were a few drawbacks to note. The two houses are not directly next door to each other, which made coordinating between the groups a little less convenient. Trash pick-up was once a day, usually very early around 7am, which wasn’t always ideal. One hot tub wasn’t working and the other needed troubleshooting before we could use it. Some carpet areas were stained or torn and could use replacing, and the refrigerator shelves felt like ill-fitting replacements. Parking was also very limited during the holiday weekend, especially on the street.Overall, these homes worked out well for our reunion, offering plenty of space and activities for all ages. With a few improvements, they would be absolutely perfect. I’d still recommend them to large groups looking for fun, entertainment, and a comfortable stay. "
