Desk staff seemed arrogant and disoriented. Figured it must be the new Banyan Tree resort which is to open next month. Seems staff are planning to move over and couldn’t care less for their guests. Management seems indifferent as well. Construction debris makes entry to premise difficult and challenging. Would not want to visit this place again.

Great Sunrise view from the room
Amazing ocean view. Beautiful sunrise. Clean service. Nice buffet breakfast about $25/person.

Doesn't have a full service spa, pool was closed as well during the summer appearing to be renovated. Breakfast isn't worth it and room pretty dated. Great area if you love seafood though. Not much of a welcome from hotel staff.

Sea view rooms could be OK but alleys are not air conditioned. Smokers all around even in the balconies even though the rooms are non-smoking

Disappointed by the benefit very overvalued. 350000krw by night for a room with half of the bathroom on the hallway of the room. Poor quality coffee at disposal. Very difficult to catch an elevator. 75000krw for one meal in the hotel restaurant with no vegetarian option (only caprese salad and white rice) But nice staff, room was clean, bed comfortable and nice ocean view.

Weekend Getaway
The hotel is not the same as the photos shown on their site because in reality the place appears to be gradually deteriorating. However, it's still a clean-pleasant place to stay in and our room has a beautiful view of the ocean. They have all the amenities included in the room, plus a good size kitchen. The nearest grocery/mart is 8~10 mins a drive. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

침구가 안 좋습니다. 베개가 많이 불편하고 이불은 얇은데 무거워요. 호텔 침구라고 하기에는 많이 부족하네요. 호텔 숙박비가 저렴한 편이라 어쩔 수 없는 건지…. 비용을 더 내더라도 잠은 편하게 자고 싶다는 생각이 들어요. 엘리베이터도 숫자가 적고, 운행이 느리고 한 곳에 몰려 있어서 이용하는 사람이 너무 많아요. 위치는 좋고 가격은 저렴합니다
